"Petal Pushing b/w Taste Of Smile" is another in Give's tradition of 7" singles recorded by Don Zientara at Inner Ear and featuring the band's signature Swiz/Rites Of Spring DC sound. This would fit in nicely in the DC scene of '86-'89 with a lot of jangled guitar interplay, uplifting and honest vocals, and of course a recording via the great Don Zientara @ Inner Ear studios.
