Proxy - Slow Suicide b/w Lawless 7"

These Canadians are going above and beyond my expectations and ruling it with their new 7” that has a couple serious crushers on it. This EP shows some definite development from the band, Proxy already has a strong Blitz influence but on this record it goes to the next level. Side on this the song “Slow Suicide,” which is a little more poppy than what I was expecting but was still super catchy and driving. Side B of this record has the song “Lawless,” which is on their demo and they defiantly perfected it; It sounds like Motorhead on Oi with a touch of GBH, it happens to be an amazing combination. This band is only getting better and better so I am looking forward to see what they come out with next…
