It’s rural more by location than by sound, there is no country here, but if you can imagine a Rockabilly outgrowth updated through a grinder operated by Keith Richards and Rob Tyner, you would be on the right track. This isn’t heavy in a Bonehead sense, but this LP merges Rock n Roll, late Garage and budding Proto Punk in an endless orgy of high energy routed stupidity. Contents are mainly from the late 60s to early 70s, so if you like Flamingo- era Groovies or ever wanted to hear a more rural MC5, this one is for you!
