Like a UK echo of The Residents, The Cravats play it quick, driving and daft on both cuts, swaggering up with the haunted rock ’n roll squall of ‘Rub Me Out’, with its titular phrase hollered as the chorus, and going on wilder with a B-side of ‘more sped up pogo groove and almost operate vox, collapsing into a skronky breakdown and pouncing back skunking pomp.
