The second album of the UPRIGHT CITIZENS from Bottrop is a German punk classic, the proposed international high waves and seamlessly anknüpfte to the debut "Bombs Of Peace" from 1982. Priceless in the original and even the OX version from 2001 is hardly to be found. The now official re-release of COLTURSCHOCK appears in hand numbered inside-out cover and 140g vinyl! The 2-sided original depositor was extended to liner notes and unpublished photos to the fold 6-sided insert. In the 80s were UPRIGHT CITIZENS especially THE international hardcore punk band from the former FRG. The first line-up consisted of Anton (vocals, guitar), Uli (guitar), Crocker (bass) and Mario (drums). Most striking were the mainly English texts and their American sound, which the band gained international prominence. In 1985 she toured the first German punk band for 6 weeks across the United States.
