DEN "DEEP CELL" LP

First long player from the Australian group, Den. The production and moves of this group are like that of an epic death rock group, a sound that seems to bounce between the familiar Christian Death haunt and that of a looser, key-friendlier sound of Magazine. The tempos and arrangements are so varied across this album that it's hard to properly address after only a few listens. Already one of the year's best discs from Australia and recommend if you enjoy any of the other "darker" releases on Paradise Daily like Lakes or Sex Tourists. Edition of 300 with nice heavyweight jacket.
